New Promotions

PMDL is proud to announce three leadership promotions at PMDL. The promotions reflect our ongoing commitment to recognising and developing talent within the Practice.

Gayatri Sawe has been promoted to the role of Associate. Gayatri has been an integral part of PMDL for 15 years, during which she has grown from a graduate architect into a valued Project Leader managing complex education projects and leading our Good Practice team to achieve exceptional process, delivery and outcomes.

Ken Lee has been promoted to the role of Associate. Ken, who joined PMDL in 2021 as an HKIA architect with a keen interest and credentials in sustainability, brings to the team key leadership qualities, management skills and impressive creativity in design.

Alison Wheeler has been promoted to Principal, taking on the role of Studio Leader of our Melbourne studio. She joins Caio Peculis and Aino Kavantera who, as Studio Leaders of the Sydney and HK studios, have also been elevated to the title of Principal.
