New Sydney Appointments

We are pleased to announce leadership promotions at PMDL Sydney Studio. The promotions reflect our ongoing commitment to developing talent within the practice. 

Rachael joined PMDL in 2014 and soon after was awarded the PMDL Design Scholarship in 2015. Early on Rachael showed a commitment to working closely with clients and ensuring design outcomes best benefits the users. Key experience in a large range of educational projects has seen Rachael lead client workshops, facilitate change management and deliver successful projects. With a strong understanding of education pedagogy, Rachael is a strategic Architect and team leader which are driving forces for her transition to a leadership role.

Upon completing her NSW Architect Registration in 2017, Stephanie joined PMDL in 2018 and has proved to be a committed project leader fostering key relationships and delivering quality project outcomes. Working both in the education and residential sectors, Stephanie’s projects have seen great success due to her understanding in construction typologies and detail resolution. Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as an Architect, Project Leader and tutor for Sydney University and we are excited about her new leadership role.
