PMDL were commissioned to design a 4 bedroom family home in Johor in Malaysia. The client worked in Singapore and wanted a family home close enough to commute but also provide a luxurious space that is a retreat at weekends.
The layout was based on two L-shaped pavilions layered over two levels with living in one side and the sleeping areas on the other. Central to the design is a large entertaining space along with a swimming pool to entertain family and friends creating an enclave of luxury and expressing the client’s modern lifestyle aesthetics.
