After 25 years in Crows Nest, the growth, success and evolution of PMDL’s Sydney studio prompted and supported relocation to new premises in North Sydney.

On arrival to Level 17 team and visitors are welcomed into the social hub, the ‘living room’ of the studio, which is designed to support social events, professional learning collaborative group work and quiet reflection, all enriched by picturesque views of Sydney Harbour.

Underpinned by the decision to reduce personal for communal space, the design places emphasis on collaboration. The open plan work area is designed around a central maker space which is supported by quiet contemplation nooks, meeting hubs and breakout zones that provide the team with multiple and flexible work options.

Natural and warm materials are used to create an understated neutral backdrop that highlights the unique outlook and creates a bright, relaxed and homely vibe.
