PMDL designed the upgrade and redevelopment of 62 micro apartments within a new-built tower in Hung Hom, Hong Kong. These ‘micro’ living units range from 170sqf studios to 300sqf one bedroom units. The scope of work included a new street facade, new entry lobby, new club house facility, gym and upgrades to all public areas.

The design approach kept the design light and minimalist, using modern and contemporary finishes to maximise the feeling of space. All appliances were integrated and high-level finishes add to a sense of luxury and quality.
