The client was a co-living community that offers hassle free living in Hong Kong. The brief was to renovate a 24 storey tower in the Sai Ying Pun neighborhood.

PMDL presented the concept design for the facade, main entrance, communal spaces and guest rooms. Leveraging the unique personality of the neighborhood and conscious of the brand, PMDL expanded on the brand experience.
