PMDL is proud to celebrate the elevations of Janice Nhan, Olga Mladenovic, and Joshua Bell into our leadership cohort as Associates. Each of these talented people have tremendous skill sets that will be of great benefit in shaping the continued evolution and success of the practice.

As Design Leads, Josh and Olga will drive the next iteration of design quality, rigour, and exploration as we continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients, whilst also contributing to the broader fabric of architectural evolution.

Janice is an adept Project Leader who returned to PMDL last year after gaining valuable experience on high profile projects in Australia and overseas. In the past year, Janice has deftly balanced technology and design priorities to deliver well-considered and high-calibre projects.

We look forward to this next era of PMDL design talent with these three individuals, as well as continuing to promote all our work and the culture we foster together.
